U.S. Navy Seabees, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, oversee pile driving operations in Dili Harbor, Timor Leste on March 7, 2018. UCT 2 is leading an effort with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 and Timor-Leste National Police’s Maritime Police Unit to construct a steel pile pier to increase small boat berthing in support of maritime security operations.
