    U.S. Navy Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Robert Norton, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, and Agent Joao da Silva, assigned to Timor-Leste National Police’s Maritime Police Unit, assemble a rubber raiding craft in preparation for diving operations in Dili, Timor Leste on March 9, 2018. UCT 2 is working with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 and Timor-Leste National Police’s Maritime Police Unit to construct a steel pile pier to increase small boat berthing in support of maritime security operations.
