U.S. Navy Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Robert Norton, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, discusses pre-dive inspections with Timor Leste Military Police Unit agents in Dili, Timor Leste on March 8 2018. UCT 2 is leading an effort with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 and Timor-Leste National Police’s Maritime Police Unit to construct a steel pile pier to increase small boat berthing in support of maritime security operations.
