U.S. Navy Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Robert Norton discusses air diving system procedures with police divers from the Timor Leste Maritime Police Unit in Dili, Timor Leste on March 8, 2018. UCT 2 is leading an effort with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4 and Timor-Leste National Police’s Maritime Police Unit to construct a steel pile pier to increase small boat berthing in support of maritime security operations.
