FAJARDO, Puerto Rico, Jan. 30, 2018 - Workers adjust straps to lift a vessel and remove it from the barge. The Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA), in collaboration with the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and FEMA, has the mission of identifying and properly disposing of vessels and their hazardous waste and electronics. To date, 377 vessels have been identified, and 242 vessels and their waste have been properly removed. FEMA/Eduardo Martinez
