FAJARDO, Puerto Rico, Jan. 30, 2018--Workers are uploading a damaged vessel to be sent to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) so they can dispose of it properly. The Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA), in collaboration with the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and FEMA has the mission of identifying and disposing of vessels, hazardous waste and electronics during the clean up after Hurricane Maria.
