Spc. Justin A. Lechner, with the 327th Engineer Company, feeds his infant son Kayden A. Lechner during the unit's family day event held at the American Legion in Onalaska, Wis., Aug. 17. He returned from deployment to both Iraq and Afghanistan six months ago. Lechner said, the thing he missed about deployment was doing missions. His mission when he got home was being a new dad and finding new living quarters. He said the worst part was moving his belongings from the storage shed and his parents' home. Lechner said the biggest difference between his deployment life and new civilian life was the son he came home to.
