181130-N-ID678-0015 ANNAPOLIS Md, (Nov 30, 2018) Chris Jarling, Vice President of Turner Construction addresses co-workers and U.S. Naval Academy staff along with Vice Admiral Carter, 62nd Superintendent of the United States Naval Academy, during the topping off ceremony of Hopper Hall. Hopper Hall will include classrooms, teaching and research laboratories, lecture halls, offices, multi-purpose space, an observatory, loading dock, and research and testing tank in support of the engineering and weapons labs.
