The VETCAP is a two-week program where information is exchanged on veterinary public health in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa's overall mission in East Africa. The focus is to develop the district veterinary office's ability to identify and conduct surveillance of significant livestock diseases in the area through CAHW training.
