Jackson Loduk, a Community Animal Health worker, takes notes during the 448th Civil Affairs Battalion's Veterinarian Civic Action Program at St. Kizito Hospital training facility here, April 27. The VETCAP is a two week training program where information is exchanged on veterinary public health in to support of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa's overall mission in East Africa. The focus is to develop the district veterinary office's ability to identify and conduct surveillance of significant livestock diseases in the area through CAHW training.
