Todd Moore serves as master of ceremonies as Christie Fricke, SUBASE New London Ombudsman Assembly chairperson and USS Hartford (SSN 768) command ombudsman receives the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Sybil Stockdale Ombudsman of the Year Award, in a closed, limited-attendance, physically-distanced, and virus-mitigated ceremony in the base Dealey Center Theater. Also on stage are Rear Adm. Richard Seif, Commander, Undersea Warfighting Development Center; and USS Hartford Commanding Officer Cmdr. Steven Wiegel.
