(Nov. 10, 2020) Naval Submarine Base (SUBASE) New London Ombudsman Assembly Chairperson Christie Fricke, her husband, SUBASE New London and USS Hartford (SSN 768) leadership pose with the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Sybil Stockdale Ombudsman of the Year Award. Fricke, who is also command ombudsman for USS Hartford, received the award in a in a closed, limited-attendance, physically-distanced, and virus-mitigated ceremony in the base Dealey Center Theater.
