Maj. Gen. Gill Beck, commanding general of the 81st Regional Support Command, speaks during the memorialization of the Armed Forces Reserve Center at Fort Benning, Ga. The building was named in honor of Army chaplain Lt. Col. Elmer Heindl, a Catholic priest, served in the Pacific Theater during World War II where his heroic actions garnered him the Distinguished Service Cross, the Silver Star and the Bronze Star medals.
