Family members of Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Elmer Heindl during the memorialization of the Armed Forces Reserve Center at Fort Benning, Ga. The building was named after Heindl who was a World War II veteran and was awarded numerous medals for his heroic actions in the Pacific Theater. The ceremony was held on Sept. 8, 2012.
