Brianna Warren of Racine, Wis., assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2nd Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, here, receives the German Armed Forces Military Proficiency Badge Sept. 7. German air force personnel stationed here held the Olympic-style competition at Fort Bliss for American warriors for the eighth time in three years. German air force air defense center commander Lt. Col. Nils Wetzel and Command Sgt. Maj. Bernhardt Koelzer presented the badge at the German Club Soldatenstube. The GAFMPB is awarded in gold, silver or bronze. The coveted badge may be worn on the U.S. Army service uniform.
