U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Alex Eibinder, 478th Civil Affairs Battalion, Perrine, Florida,, descends into Biscayne Bay, Miami-Dade County Nov. 19, 2021, as part of a Deliberate Water Jump. The jump was the concluding event of the Army Reserve Airborne Safety Equipment and Evaluation Council held in Homestead, Florida.
Paratroopers from across the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) attended the week of training hosted by the 478th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), which included a Jumpmaster Refresher course, the AR-ASEEC, airborne operations at Homestead Air Reserve Base, and the Deliberate Water Jump.
