Senior Master Sgt. Robby Shigeta, 154th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, observes the final departure of his unit's most historic aircraft April 28, 2022, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The Stratotanker, numbered 60-0329, has been an integral part of the 203rd Air Refueling Squadron since forming in 1993 and is recognized for conducting the world's first tri-level refueling during the Vietnam conflict. Hawaii Air National Guard Airmen flew the aircraft to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, so that it may become the first Stratotanker inducted into the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force.
