Solid waste advisor, Brian McCarthy, a Scottish contractor with RTI International, Kirkuk Provincial Reconstruction Team, inspects the leach ate system which will drain liquid residue from the first active landfill that meets U.S. Environmental Protection Agency standards in Iraq, Zindana sector, Taza, Kirkuk province, Dec. 16, 2007.
