GARDEN ISLAND, Australia (Dec. 2, 2022) – Mike Williams, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport’s Countermeasure In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), leads a hands-on demonstration of assembling a six-inch countermeasure at HMAS Stirling Navy Base on Garden Island, Dec. 2. NUWC Keyport personnel were in Australia supporting the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Mississippi (SSN 782) expeditionary reload training at HMAS Stirling to enhance interoperability and communication, and strengthen relationships with the Royal Australian Navy.
