Conceicao said he was excited to perform well in the events and hoped to meet new friends along the way. He added that his strengths are marksmanship and land navigation.
The New Hampshire National Guard maintains partnerships with Cabo Verde and El Salvador. According to Capt. Mario Rey, NHNG SPP director, this year the State Partnership Program is sponsoring approximately 24 engagements between the nations..
“We’re providing a quality engagement for our partners,” said Rey. “We’re constantly learning from them as well to make ourselves better.” He added, “I think this is what partners or partnerships are all about.”
