Juliana Moreno, a food service specialist with Marine Wing Support Squadron 274, packs rice into a mold in preparation for the Chef of the Year competition Thursday at the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Chow Hall. Moreno said that her dish resembled traditional Bandejo Paisa, but she put her own spin on it.
