Cpl. Juliana Moreno, a food service specialist with Marine Wing Support Squadron 274, serves a platter of her Bandeja Paisa to the three judges at the Chef of the Year competition Thursday at the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Chow Hall. Moreno’s idea for her theme was to do something new, something that the judges will not be familiar with.
