Lance Corporal Travis Main, a squad leader with company A, 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment gives a period of instruction on how to conduct military operations in urban terrain to the soldiers of 3rd Battalion, Royal Bruneian Landing Force. Main and other members of 1/3 have been conducting MOUT with Bruneian Soldiers as part of exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei and Timor Leste.
