Incoming first sergeant, 1st Sgt. Jessica Stiffarm, of Headquaters and Headquarters Company, 347th Regional Support Group, holds a ceremonial sword at a Change of Responsibility Ceremony held at the Brooklyn Park National Guard Armory, Aug. 19, 2023. During the ceremony, outgoing 1st Sgt. Andrew Kubista passed the responsibilities of company first sergeant onto Stiffarm.
