Lt. Col. David Rothstein, the Brigade Deputy Commander of the 347th Regional Support Group, presents the Army Meritorious Service Medal to outgoing 1st Sgt. Andrew Kubista at a Change of Responsibility Ceremony held at the Brooklyn Park National Guard Armory, Aug. 19, 2023. During the ceremony, Kubista passed the responsibilities of company first sergeant for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 347th Regioanal Support Group, onto 1st. Sgt. Jessica Stiffarm.
