Outgoing company first sergeant, 1st Sgt. Andrew Kubista of Headquaters and Headquarters Company, 347th Regional Support Group, inspects a ceremonial sword at a Change of Responsibility Ceremony held at the Brooklyn Park National Guard Armory, Aug. 19, 2023.
