Staff Sgt. David Patterson passed the ceremonial sword to outgoing 1st Sgt. Andrew Kubista of Headquaters and Headquarters Company, 347th Regional Support Group, at a Change of Responsibility Ceremony held at the Brooklyn Park National Guard Armory, Aug. 19, 2023. During the ceremony, 1st. Sgt. Andrew Kubista passed the responsibilities of company first sergeant onto 1st Sgt. Jessica Stiffarm.
