Brigade Deputy Commander of the 347th Regional Support Group, presents the image know as the Victory Print to outgoing 1st Sgt. Andrew Kubista at a Change of Responsibility Ceremony held at the Brooklyn Park National Guard Armory, Aug. 19, 2023. The print , established in 2017 as a means of recognizing Soldiers who have served in the organization and is intended to enhance the unit's Esprit De Corps, is a local artist's rendition of a famous photo of General Eisenhower talking with American paratroopers as they prepared for the Battle of Normandy. During the ceremony, Kubista passed the responsibilities of company first sergeant Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 347th Regioanal Support Group, onto 1st. Sgt. Jessica Stiffarm.
