Outgoing company first sergeant, 1st Sgt. Andrew Kubista of Headquaters and Headquarters Company, 347th Regional Support Group, delivers his farewell address to the Soldiers of HHC, at a Change of Responsibility Ceremony held at the Brooklyn Park National Guard Armory, Aug. 19, 2023. During the ceremony, Kubista passed the responsibilities of company first sergeant onto 1st Sgt. Jessica Stiffarm.
