U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Tyler Marrington makes the final preparations to distribute lunch with the new ESPEK (Expandable Single Pallet Expeditionary Kitchen) at Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, Ore., on Aug. 3, 2024. The ESPEK enabled 142nd Force Support Squadron Airmen to provide lunch for wing guardsmen. Babington Technology invented the ESPEK, which allows for faster assembly time, thirty minutes by four people, and can sustain feeding 550 troops in a field environment.
