A team of sling-load-certified cargo specialists from the 390th Seaport Operations Company based in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, wait for a safety briefing Aug. 4, during the SPOC 13-2 training exercise at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. For most of the soldiers conducting the training, this was the first time they ever attached a load to a helicopter outside of a school environment.
