French and Dutch Sailors gather in ranks on the fantail of FS Var for the Combined Task Force (CTF)150 change of command ceremony Dec. 12 while in port in Djibouti. French Vice Adm. Jacques Mazars was relieved by Royal Netherlands Navy Commodore Hank Ort as CTF 150's commander. CTF 150, established near the beginning of Operation Enduring Freedom, is currently comprised of naval forces from Germany, France, Pakistan, and United States. The coalition members conduct maritime security operations (MSO) in and around the Arabian Gulf, North Arabian Sea, Gulf of Oman, Gulf of Aden, parts of the Indian Ocean and the Red Sea.
