Task Force Baghdad Soldiers look on as a Sadr City man turns on a faucet in his home and receives clean water for the first time in many years Jan. 9. This is as a result of civil works projects in the city to improve clean water distribution. Projects aimed at both treating the water and sending it through renovated distribution systems are improving the living conditions in Sadr City, an area neglected for decades by the regime of Saddam Hussein.
