Soldiers of the 436th Civil Affairs Battalion stand in formation during a memorialization ceremony renaming their brand new Army Reserve center in honor of a Silver Star Medal recipient the late Sgt. 1st Class Alwyn C. Cashe on July 19 in Sanford, Fla. Cashe died on Nov. 8, 2005, from injuries sustained while rescuing fellow troops from a burning vehicle in Diyala, Iraq, the previous October.
