In this work from the U.S. Coast Guard Art Program 2015 Collection, “Hudson River Patrol,” ID# 201528, the USCGC Willow (WLB 202), home ported in Newport, Rhode Island, is shown on patrol on the Hudson River. The crew of the Willow routinely conducts the cutter’s primary mission of aids to navigation on the waterways of New England and also conducts maritime homeland security, living marine resources patrols and responds to search and rescue cases.
