GREAT LAKES, Ill., (August 7, 2015) – Retired Cmdr. Robert Sullivan, former executive officer for Naval Station Great Lakes, speaks to the more than 350 Sailors, friends, staff members and family members at a retirement ceremony for Command Master Chief Leon R. Walker’s last command was as the command master chief for Naval Service Training Command (NSTC) and he retires after 32 years of service in the United States Navy.
