NORFOLK, Va. (Apr. 8, 2016) -- Master Chief Ship's Serviceman Kenneth Carter, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) is presented with a traditional shadowbox during his retirement at Vista Point Conference Center at Naval Station Norfolk. Carter retired after 30 years of service in the Navy, originally reporting to Recruit Training Command in Orlando, Florida, in 1986.
