NORFOLK, Va. (Apr. 8, 2016) -- Master Chief Ship's Serviceman Theodore Remolano presents Master Chief Ship's Serviceman Kenneth Carter, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford, with his retirement flag, which was flown over the Pentagon. Carter retired after 30 years of service in the Navy, originally reporting to Recruit Training Command in Orlando, Florida, in 1986.
