Tracie and Travie Ross, the daughters of Hershel Woodrow “Woody” Williams, received certificates during a keel laying ceremony at the Nassco Shipyard in San Diego, Aug .2. The two received the certificates after welding their initials onto the keel of the ship named after their father. The ceremony dedicated a U.S. Navy ship in Williams’, who is the last Medal of Honor recipient from The Battle of Iwo Jima, honor.
