161007-N-WA993-080 PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 7, 2016) Seaman Tyteanna Wallace, from Montgomery, Alabama, assigned to the “Saberhawks” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 77, uses wash tape to fasten wash paper onto the damper of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter aboard the Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Wash tape and wash paper are used to ensure water does not enter the damper during aircraft wash downs. Ronald Reagan, the Carrier Strike Group Five (CSG 5) flagship, is on patrol supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
