A landing craft utility boat, capable of carrying up to 125 tons, exits the well deck of the USS Iwo Jima, transporting equipment and personnel to the USS Mesa Verde off the coast of Haiti, Oct. 13, 2016. Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit transitioned personnel and equipment between the two ships as Iwo Jima prepares to relieve Mesa Verde.
