SABAH PROVINCE, Malaysia (Nov. 12, 2016) – Malaysian Naval Special Warfare Forces Sailors and maritime raid force Marines pull a combat rubber raiding craft onto the beach during CRRC training during Exercise Tiger Strike 16, Nov. 12, 2016. These Malaysian forces, or PASKAL Sailors, have very similar capabilities to the Marine Corps’ MRF forces. Tiger Strike 16 is an opportunity for Malaysia and the United States armed forces to strengthen military-to-military partnerships, and increases the ability of all participants to plan, communicate and execute amphibious operations. The MRF Marines are with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Staff Sgt. Scott McAdam/Released)
