Seaman Apprentice Julian Means mans a sound power telephone to communicate with the bridge of USS Carter Hall (LSD-50) while its boat deck is under operations December 1, 2016 during Amphibious Ready Group Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise off the coast of Onslow Beach, North Carolina. The Exercise is part of the ARG/MEU Training cycle which is preparing the unit for a deployment early next year. The LCAC is with Delta detachment, Assault Craft Unit 4.
