COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (March 28, 2017) 1st Lt. Haley Mansberger, the adjutant with Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, sands a window fixture prior to painting it during a community relations project held at the Ratmalana School for the Deaf and Blind, as part of a theater security cooperation engagement in Colombo, March 28. Both the U.S. and Sri Lanka have a continuing interest in strengthening their partnership based on common interests related to maritime security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness, and security and stability in the region.
