COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (March 28, 2017) Robert Hilton, deputy chief of mission for U.S. Embassy Colombo, poses alongside U.S. Marines with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and a Sailor with the Sri Lanka Navy during a community relations project held at the Ratmalana School for the Deaf and Blind as part of a theater security cooperation engagement in Colombo, March 28. The engagement allows for the Marines and Sailors to experience a culture outside of their own, and help foster a strong working relationship between the U.S. and Sri Lankan Armed Forces.
