U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Thomas Jorgensen, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery team augmentee, grabs a bucket of soil at an excavation site in Quang Binh province, Vietnam, Aug. 12, 2017. A recovery team was deployed by DPAA to search for the remains of two Marine aviators that were lost in a night-time, armed reconnaissance mission during the Vietnam War. Jorgensen is a deep-sea diving medical technician assigned to the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group 1 and is stationed at Naval Base San Diego, Calif.
