Sailors man the rails on the foc'sle of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Ponce before rendering honors as Ponce overtakes the guided-missile destroyer USS Gravely in the mouth of Hampton Roads. Ponce is returning to Naval Station Norfolk for the final time after completing its last week at sea. After 40 years of service Ponce's crew is beginning the ship's decommissioning process, set for 2012.
