Seamen David Mcloud and Adam Reser prepare to lower the national ensign during evening colors after the amphibious transport dock ship USS Ponce tied up at Pier 2 at Naval Station Norfolk following its final week at sea. After 40 years of service Ponce's crew is beginning the long process that will result in the ship;s decommissioning in 2012.
