VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Feb. 8, 2019) Culinary Specialist Seaman Issak Ludwig, from San Antonio, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, sautés rice for a dish in the notional restaurant his team created during training at Stratford University. Ford Sailors participated in Chef Jacoby Ponder's first Chefpreneur Academy at Stratford University, where they learned skills in cooking, marketing and creating a business.
