(Feb. 8, 2019) Culinary Specialist Seaman Apprentice Eric Skilang, from Killeen, Texas, and Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Kevin Domingo, from New Orleans, both assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, talk about plating their teams' food during the presentation of their notional restaurant created during training at Stratford University. Ford Sailors participated in Chef Jacoby Ponder's first Chefpreneur Academy at Stratford University, where they learned skills in cooking, marketing and creating a business.
